As an official partner of the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup, it was our plan to create a campaign for Mitsubishi Electric to highlight the struggles of some of the competitors daily lives. We did this with Parallel Potential by getting real input from women in the game which would be displayed on the Parallelpotenial.com website and ultimately would end in Mitsubishi Electric supporting with internships.
I firstly had to design a look and feel for the whole campaign and ended up using the parallel red bars for the key visual at the top of the website, for introductions to videos and elsewhere. I then created a number of videos which highlighted interviews with prominent rugby figures as well as some of the women from Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club. These would be shown on the website as well as social media. Along side this I made animated banners to be displayed around the pitch during the matches at the world cup, a robust assortment of social media assets to be released during the event and programme ads.
